These terms govern your use of luqua.life and any order you place on it. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read the section on our products carefully, because it matters for your safety.

Our products
LUQUA products are foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for it.
- Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking any medication, or managing a health condition.
- Our products contain soy. Do not use them if you have a soy allergy. Full ingredient lists are printed on every box and shown on each product page.
- Individual experiences vary. We make no promise that any person will experience any particular outcome.
- Keep out of reach of children. Store as directed on the pack.
If you have a reaction to any product, stop taking it and seek medical advice.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
We may limit order quantities, and we may decline to supply anyone who is reselling our products without our agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include delivery and any applicable taxes. Nothing is added at checkout and nothing is collected on delivery. See our Shipping and Returns policy.
Payment is taken at the time of order. If a price is displayed incorrectly through a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
We may change prices and run promotions at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
These are set out in full in our Shipping and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: delivery is free worldwide, and we put right any order that arrives wrong or damaged when you tell us within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return something, contact us first and we will give you instructions.
Using this website
You may browse, buy and share our pages. You may not copy our text, photographs or design for commercial use, misrepresent yourself as us, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
All content on luqua.life, and the LUQUA, MenoLuv and FemeLuv names and logos, belong to PlantBio Research Sdn. Bhd. and are protected by intellectual property law.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep product information, ingredients and prices correct and current. We do not warrant that every page is free of error at all times. Where an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you.
The website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or the consumer law of your own country.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
